Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided after we review the details you share, and are confirmed to you in writing before any work begins. The written price is fixed for the scope described. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will tell you and agree any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property and accurate information about it. We may reschedule work for weather or safety reasons.

Our guarantee

If something isn't right, tell us promptly and we will return to correct it. Please report concerns within a reasonable time after the work is completed so we can address them.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your written quote or invoice. Payments are processed through our payment provider.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by call or text at the number provided about your quote and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website use

Our websites are provided for general information. Content, images and logos belong to Green Zebra and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Zebra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our websites. Our liability for services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where law does not allow such a limit.
